Acceptance
By using the casii.io website, the free web tools, the Casii desktop app or a related subscription (together, “the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or purchase a subscription. You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for everyone who uses the service through your organization.
What the service includes
Casii operates this website and the Casii desktop app for Windows, developed and operated by Ginyo. The free VCF Converter runs in your browser, and the free WhatsApp Group Extractor runs in the Casii desktop app. Features, plans and limits are described on the site and may evolve as the product develops.
Your accounts and your WhatsApp numbers
Casii works with WhatsApp accounts that belong to you or your organization. You keep control of those accounts and are responsible for their use, for the messages sent through them, and for the data you import, export and process with the service.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you must not:
- Break any law that applies to you, including privacy, anti-spam, marketing and data-protection rules such as GDPR or CAN-SPAM
- Message people who have not consented or who have opted out, or process data of people you have no lawful basis to contact
- Use the service for harassment, threats, fraud, misleading claims or distribution of malware
- Violate the terms of WhatsApp, Meta, Google or any other platform you connect to the service
- Resell, sublicense or reverse engineer the service, or build a competing product from it, without written permission
Platform restrictions are your responsibility
Casii is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta or Google. Platforms may limit or restrict automated or bulk activity and may suspend or ban accounts that violate their terms. Any such platform decision, including restrictions on your WhatsApp accounts, is between you and the platform.
Plans, Credits and payments
Credits packs are bought on this site. Subscription plans are activated after you contact us, and plan limits (seats, instances, leads and other dimensions) are described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. All payments are final and non-refundable once completed. For any part of an export task that isn’t collected, the Credits reserved for it are automatically returned to your account. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Free web tools
The VCF Converter runs in your browser, and the WhatsApp Group Extractor runs in the Casii desktop app. Both are provided free of charge, as is. Only process files and data that you have the right to use.
Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Ginyo retains all rights in the service. You keep all rights in your own data and your own customer records.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every platform integration will keep working the same way.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ginyo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law and disputes
Ginyo is registered in Hong Kong. These terms, and any dispute between you and us related to the service, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact support@casii.io first. We aim to resolve most issues through good-faith discussion.
Termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Where practical, we will tell you why.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. We update the reviewed date at the top of this page, and for material changes we notify account holders by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
