What to include
A precise report helps us find the problem without asking for sensitive account information. When you write to us, please include:
- The email address on your Casii account
- Your app version and operating system
- What you were doing and what went wrong, with the exact error message or a screenshot
- Your order number for billing questions. Never include full payment card details
Keep sensitive information private
Never send WhatsApp verification codes, passwords, payment card numbers or full payment details. Casii support will never ask for them.
Response time
We reply to every message in the order it arrives, usually within a few business days. Questions posted in the WhatsApp group are often answered faster by the team or the community.
